Each package is staffed at a 1:5 Concierge‑to‑Child ratio and includes curated activities, gentle supervision, and seamless transitions throughout your event.

What is your caregiver-to-child ratio?

One Concierge per five children for ages 2 years to 10 years or Two Concierge per ten children

Are your Concierge vetted?

Every concierge is background-checked, CPR-certified, and experienced with children at formal events. Credentials are available on request during the proposal stage.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend reaching out six to twelve months before the event. Summer and fall weekends fill early; a brief inquiry call holds your date while we cerate your proposal.

What does the booking process look like?

Inquiry, then a 20-minute call, then a written proposal within two business days. Once approved, a deposit confirms the date. No loose ends before the event.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, Travel and accommodation are factored into the proposal at the scoping stage, with no surprises added later.

What space do you need at the venue?

A quiet room adjacent to the reception, large enough for activity tables and a rest area. We work directly with the venue coordinator during setup to ensure everything is in place before guests arrive.

Do you provide meals and snacks?

Yes, We offer our Little Guests Snacks as an add on. Any meals are coordinated with the catering team or provided by us depending on the event timeline — confirmed during the scope call, not improvised on the day.

How do parents check in on their children?

Parents receive a direct contact number at handoff. One check-in is standard aside from Dipering and Toliting. most parents find they don't need a second. The operation is set up so they don't have to think about it.
